The plan

Our first meeting is always moving. We will listen to your story, who you are, and anything you want to share with us. We'll also tell you about us, how we work and the resources we use. We will explain our services in detail and answer all your questions.

After that initial interview, we will evaluate your personal situation and design a proposal for you to consider.

Once you have thought over the proposal, we will talk again in order to analyze the different scenarios and pros & cons, explain specific concepts, and clarify fundamental issues of the process that are not easy to understand.

Once the proposal is approved, we will coordinate the initial virtual appointments with the surrogacy agency and the fertility clinic, and we will assist you during those calls to be sure that you understand all the information.

Once the decision to begin with the process has been made, this first phase will be completed.

Getting started

Legal

The legal phase begins once you have been matched with your surrogate. During this phase, we will provide assistance with the initial call with the lawyer who will draft the surrogacy agreement. We will clarify anything that you do not understand and answer your questions.

Countdown

You are halfway through the pregnancy and it is time to start with the establishment of parental rights, organize the trip and stay, etc. It is normal to have many mixed feelings such as anxiety, fear, and excitement. This is the beginning of the countdown before the most important day of your life.

In this phase, we will provide assistance during the call with the attorney who will explain the legal process for obtaining parental rights. We will clarify anything that you do not understand and answer your questions.

Post Birth

Congratulations! Your baby is in your arms. You're enjoying your first days together and you're getting to know each other. You still can't believe it's true. You are exhausted but HAPPY!

During the hospital stay, you will need to complete forms and documentation to obtain your child’s birth certificate. Once you have the birth certificate, you will need to apply for your child’s passport so that you can return home.
